Buyer
You should bring the following:
- Your Current PA Driver's License, PA Photo ID or U.S. Armed Forces Common Access Card
If you want to register the vehicle you will need
- Insurance Card in your name or Binder/Declaration Page with current VIN and in your name
Seller
You should bring the following:
- Title
- Current ID
- Bill of Sale (Optional for private sales)
Dealer Title Transfer
Buyer
You should bring the following:
- Your Current PA Driver's License, PA Photo ID or U.S. Armed Forces Common Access Card
If you want to register the vehicle you will need
- Insurance Card in your name or Binder/Declaration Page with current VIN and in your name
Seller (Dealer)
You should bring the following:
- Title
- Current ID & Sales License
- Bill of Sale
Business Title Transfer
Buyer (Company)
You should bring the following:
- Your Current PA Driver's License, PA Photo ID or U.S. Armed Forces Common Access Card
- Authority to act on behalf of the business organization, i.e., authorization on letterhead
- The existence of the business organization or non-profit corporation, in whose name the title is to be issued, (Pennsylvania address for business must be listed), such as: Utility Bill, State or Federal documentation, i.e., certificates/licenses or by-laws, articles of incorporation, or partnership agreement.
If you want to register the vehicle you will need
- Insurance Card or Binder / Declaration Page in the business name with the current VIN
Seller (Company)
You should bring the following:
- Title
- Current ID
- Authority to act on behalf of the business organization, i.e., authorization on letterhead
- Bill of Sale (Optional)
Title Transfer with Death of Owner
Buyer
You should bring the following:
- Your Current PA Driver's License, PA Photo ID or U.S. Armed Forces Common Access Card
If you want to register the vehicle you will need
- Insurance Card in your name or Binder/Declaration Page with current VIN and in your name
Seller (Deceased)
Please call us before stopping in so we can make sure you have what is needed
You should bring the following:
- Title
- The Authorized Person(s) Current ID
- Original Short Certificate / Original Death Certificate
- Will (If not available, another form might need to be completed)
- Bill of Sale (Optional)
