Who We Are
B & E Notary has been in business since 1998. We are an Authorized On-Line Agent for PennDot. Owners Barbara Fullerton and Erin Reiff have always strived to make their customers happy with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. What We Can Do
B & E Notary has traditional messenger and notary services. Our 3 locations are able to provide instant processing for renewing registrations and duplicate cards. The Porch-n-Rail Shoppes and Schaum's Corner are also able to renew non-commercial drivers license and print driving records. They also can provide address changes, specialty tags and restorations.
